I want to thank you for all you extra efforts and work that went into
making sure that I received my membership cards and the tickets that my
printer would not print for me. All the tickets and cards arrived
last week. It is nice to see that a internet based company such as yours
is very responsive to help customers in such a personal way. I take
off to Las Vegas on Feb. 9th and hope to enjoy some of the saving with the
membership and will enjoy the show you provided tickets for as well. Thank
