Immunization:
Immunization Requirements State law requires immunizations for diphtheria, tetanus, whooping cough, and rubella. The Clark County Health Department, 625 Shadow Lane, Las Vegas, NV 89127, offers these immunizations free with proof of age. Immunizations are required for registration.
