I like the idea of swimming in the casino pool when we come to vegas
for new years eve. Here in Chicago the weather is so harsh that
vegas temperatures are mild to us. Robert S.
The pool really does not excite me much since I am a little older and
have a few extra pounds that seem to be in all the wrong places.

I like the ability to view the pool area and swim if I want.

It really does not make any difference to me about a pool, i have
been to las vegas more than 20 times and have not been in the water yet.

its important to my wife since she enjoys swimming as excersize
so in my case definately. i don't think a lot of people feel like i do
since a crowded pool never has been a problem. brent benson

I do not go to Vegas to swim or lounge at poolside. A hotel pool is
not a criterion for my business. Nick Ogle Knoxville, TN
A heated pool in winter is an attractive option for those of us who
live in colder climates. Hotels offering it have an advantage over those
with seasonal only pools. Sandra Dafoe Ontario Canada
I do not base my stay at a hotel that has a pool. Vegas has many
other things going on, and other things to do. I do however think that
in a vacation spot like Vegas pools are very important, and pools should
be available to the people that would like one. Alan Wagner

Funny this exact situation happened to me. I come for the rodeo
almost every year and the pool is closed - sorry where I come from 70 is
not cold weather. Leave the pool open - heated or not makes no
difference to me. Oh and the room cost the same amount with ....or
without the pool..... Dallas Kristiansen Fort Saskatchewan,

I would definitely pick one hotel over another based on
availability of a pool. I feel that heating it would make for great
business as I wouldn't want an outdoor pool w/o heat in the dead of
winter. Maybe an indoor pool? Monica Delaney New

I'm 26 and like hanging out at the pool during the summer along with
going to the lake or floating the river here in San Marcos, TX! My
opinion on the question: Even with the temp being ok to be without a
shirt and getting sun, I have never thought about choosing a hotel or
think I would during the winter months based on them having a pool open,
heated or not. I've been to Vegas 3X now and have chosen based on
criousity and bargain. For me not a deciding factor. Be there
