 I do not think it should be legalized as I feel the selling and distribution of marijuana would be a marketing nightmare. I feel there would always be a black market for a stronger product. It should be made such a minor offence for the user that it is not a black mark on one's record. Similar to a parking ticket if at all. It should be legalized to drive the criminals out of business. The cost of the drug war is higher than any damage caused by use. We can't stop drug useage so why create an income stream for criminals that can't pay tax if they wanted to.  Yes it should be legalized, strictly controlled and heavely taxed. It is not as adictive or harmful to a persons health as alcohol. If alcohol was discovered today it would be illegal. It is the most powerful drug you can buy without a prescription. I have never used
