They should stay open. I know at midnight sometimes i want dinner and
a buffet is exactly what i need. Robin S Fort Worth TX
I would prefer them to stay open. When I fly from the east
coast and wait until 9a for the buffet to open, it is noon to my
stomach. Great question, get them to stay open. DW New
York.
I don't eat at buffets so I would say no, don't stay open all night.

No , there would be a lot of food that was thrown out because its old
. How many people will be going to dinner at late hours?
Dolores Alpine, Ca.
No Seems like a lot of food would be wasted. Everywhere I have been
there has been an adequate amount of food available at all off hours. I
do not ever recall being unable to find food at any hour in Las Vegas.

I think keeping the buffets open would be nice for some but I
personally probably would'nt go to one that late. If I wanted something
to eat that late, it would be a lighter meal than a buffet. Also, they
may have to raise overall prices to make it profitable for the casino,
which would deter Me at other times a well. Eddie Schulz

with the economy the way it is, I would recommend keeping some open
but at a lower price and serving fewer food items....a mini buffet. Try
it for three months and re-evaluate. Carolyn Liebler South

No, they should close. Sue south beloit
I think all casinos should have a dinner and late night buffet.
Riviera discontinued both of those and it's not very convenient if
you're staying there. Eda Risk Wyandotte Mi
Not many buffets would be able to be profitable. They would replace
the current 24 hr coffee shop. They would probably offer a late-night
selection with choices from breakfast, dinner and sandwich menus. The
location would probably be important and not every casino could support
the 24 hr buffet. It would be interesting and weird. there would be more
drunks and people looking for a place to sleep (a buffet would be "room
and board" for one low price.) Bill Sheneman red Hill, PA
Heck ya! I can't believe how early some of the buffets around town
close. C'mon, it's the city that never sleeps...except our buffets are
snoozing like Grandma! If they can't stay open 24/7 then At Least
stay open until midnight! Otherwise our choices are pretty slim
