A dream Las Vegas Trip would be a get away in a nice hotel with money to play for my husband and I. Also, to see some shows. I am a cancer survivor two times and we have had hardships and trials and have been financial strap. I am 39 and he is 45. My cancer started when I was 19 and again at 25. I have had many medical complilcations which range from minor surgeries to pacemaker. We sold our wedding rings and other things to pay for medical ect and material things have not been a importance to us family and health have. Because of my illness when we got married it was through the court house since my cancer had progressed so this would be nice like a honeymoon maybe and just a time to breath as a couple. My youngest son also was diagnosised with severe medical conditions so there has been a big burden for my husband especially and this would be a true blessings to have and for him to have some down time and enjoy himself for a moment without the everyday hardship of making ends meet. So just to get away it doesn't have to be fancey would be a treat and well appreciated. To just have couple time we have been married it will be 15 years this year and been together for 20 years. We have three wonderful children and realize though we have had trials and hardships we are still so truely blessed. So as you can see the ideal getway maybe simple to some but to use it would mean so much and be so appreciated sometimes the simplest things are the best and most meaningful. We believe its what you do with what you got.  gina pollock  atwater CA

20 months ago I ad a tumor inside my spinal cord that left me unable to feel my legs my beloved wife of nearly 43 years as stood by me though it all I would love to take her to a fine
hotel in Lars Vegas to let her enjoy someone taking care of her like a queen she is to see the sights only Las Vegas has to relax in a spa I now am able to walk this would be wonderful surprise for her.  Talmage Bowers  Cedar Park TX

I have been all over the world but two years ago I visted Las Vegas and now there's no other place in the world I'd rather go. I really want to experience Vegas in VIP style!   Tiffany Shenkle   DuBois PA

My dream vacation is simply going to the Grand Canyon skywalk tour in las vegas. Seeing circius O la, the Lions King, LaReve on August 25,2009.Playing a few slot machines winning big and Eating at some on the best resturants, maybe doing a little shopping and riding in one of the limosines.Dreams are big and dreams do come true.... Meriel Bailey  Madison TN

We are a fantastic fun family of five and would love for a trip to see Vegas and show off our newborn to the grandparents - let them babysit - since the wife and I have never been to a movie together we would take in a movie at the imacs theater and live it up!   michael zaiser  vancouver WA

Lights all around... The glamourous life awaits... Taking in the sights and sounds of Las Vegas is more than just putting coins into a slot machine and fountain and wishing on a star, it is surreal. Las Vegas is a place I can visualize in my mind, enjoying it with the two people that mean the most to me, my mother and father. My life is far from glamourous so I just want to savor that slice of life that is almost half a world away to me. Taking in some shows, putting a
penny or two at a Caesars Palace slot machine, and eating my way through the vacation till I have suddenly realized, "Gee these jeans don't fit like they used to...". And there is always that new Hard Rock, Hard Rocker Tiffany needs a few new pins for her collection!! I would be up at the crack of dawn till all hours at night. Mom and Dad, you better get ready, cause here we come singing "Viva Las Vegas!" As they say in Louisiana, Laissez les bon temps rouler or to translate, Let the good times roll.  Tiffany Hincks  Denham Springs LA

If someone owns these places and they are keeping up the taxes. What right do we or anyone else have to do something with them. Just because it may be a eyesore. Or it may hurt someone elses busness, we should not be able to decide do away with them. This is the USA not some backward country where the city ,state or feds can do what ever they want. We are not in the USSR or are we ?not yey anyway.  Stephen Goodwin  Sedalia,Mo

Perfect would be playing Keno, drinking Baley,s coffee and hearing machine,s paying out. Las Vegas is my way of relaxing. Once I go over that state line my shoulder,s relax and I know I
don't have to worry about cooking, cleaning or dealing with work diaster's. I get to my room, unpack, order room service, take a bubble bath and sleep. When I wake up I am ready to play Keno, have a fe drink's and listen to the sounds of the casino. I love Las Vegas. Catherine
Turner  Shafter CA

Overall my Vegas Dream Vacation would be to taken my family on a surpise trip because we have been though so much stress and pressure we need a Break! What my dream for my family is to enjoy each others company by going for walks, seeing events, concerts, spas but fore sure relax. My daughter and I would enjoy meeting "Rock" from Hell's Kitchen and "taste his hand" because we are sure that the food will be just wonderful.  sadie nairn  etobicoke  ON  Canada

My dream vacation would be to take my girlfriend to Las Vegas and marry her on Christmas Day, Just like my parents did 55 years ago. gary oxton  melbourne FL

The hubby and I have a 16 month old son, who is the joy of our lives. We Badly need to reconnect though, as you can expect being a new parent is time-consuming, and more often than not the relationship gets put to the side. Jason moved to my hometown for me, so I and baby could be near my family. He needs to get out and have a good time, and we need to do it together, like we used to when we first met! We can't afford a trip, or afford to take time off work, and don't want to burden family with taking care of our little guy for too long. I suggested that there is no other place in the world to have a good time, for not a long time, but in Vegas!  (Jason has never been-I was there for one day in 2000) We'd go to a show, have some quality time at the hotel, gamble, drink and take in the strip. Maybe we'd even get married? Any shows, any casinos, anything the best city in the world has to offer, would be a much-needed break and chance to live-it-up, for this couple!  I'd like to see Freemont, and "old Vegas" but see the new hotels also. Maybe even get a massage, and we'd Love to play some golf! A helicopter
ride to Really see the view would be amazing also. I think the awe of the lights and the constant nightlife would be something that this 30-something couple needs. Dancing, drinks, gambling at night...and golf, poolside time, shopping and eating at the best restaurants during the day. Did I mention gambling? And quality time together, or meeting people.  Joanne Cochrane  Winnipeg MB Canada

Our son is flying back and forth to Israel to see his girlfriend. I think it would be wonderful to have them visit Las Vegas with us. The are talking about getting married and I think this would be the funniest time ever. Janet Maxwell  Sheridan WY

My husband and I are always so busy with our work life, that we never have the time or money to take a regular vacation. The Dream Trip to Las Vegas would be the perfect oppurtunity for
our family. Everyone always says how many activities there are to do in Vegas. There are the shows, casinos, shopping, hotels, night life. I could go on and on. My family's dream is to walk along the famous Las Vegas Strip with a digital camera and stare up in awe at the bright, flashing lights. We could visit all of the famous landmarks that I have heard about since I was a little kid, such as, Paris's great Eiffel Tower or the Bellagio Fountains. Of course, I would have to visit the many casinos that are offered to the public. I have always seen the bright lights in
pictures, but I have never witnessed it for myself. Though the casinos and night life would be a blast, the shows would make our trip. There is nothing like taking your family on their dream vacation. It would be something we would remember for the rest of our lives.  Angela Carroll   Winter Haven  FL

Dateline May 3, 2010 - celebration of our 30th wedding anniversary. We were picked up at the aiport in a limo and taken to Bellagio where we checked into a spacious room overlooking the fountains. We each had a full body massage and turned into mush as we soaked in the hot tub. We slept late the next morning and had room service deliver us a sumptuous brunch. We strolled downstairs, did a little gambling and lo and behold - we won!  When we returned to our room we found a chilled bottle of champagne and 2 tickets to Bette Midler at The Colosseum waiting for us. We spent the next 4 days visiting all the major hotspots along Las Vegas Blvd and downtown, and took a side trip to Red Rock Canyon. When our limo dropped us off at the airport for the long journey home, we bid farewell to the warm sunshine and mountains. We awoke from our dream when we landed in the middle of farmland, Illinois.  Debra Harper   Springfield IL

For me, the perfect Vegas vacation is simple. My Fiance and I getting married by "Elvis".We have 19 Mo. twin girls and just moved into a new home. Our wedding, of course, must be put
on hold. We don't get alone time too often, so we would make our time in Vegas count. Get married by Elvis, see a show, stroll the strip, and just enjoy being together. Don't get me wrong, we love the babies, but twins are overwhelming and sometimes we forget to nurture our relationship. If anyone deserves a vacation, it's us.  nicole trunzo  cuyahoga falls OH

A Vegas vacation would be wonderful, but what even be better would be to take my entire family on a Vegas vacation.  There is only four of us left and time is short for one.  Taking the family on any type of outing would be great, but a Vegas vacation would be the best.  It would be nice to stay in a luxury hotel, win a lot of money, but that is not as important as the time together my family and I would have.  Thanks for considering my idea, it may not be glamorous, but it would be perfect for my family..   robert smith  new york
