Well I'm trying to win a dream vacation to go
visit a very good friend of mine I meet on the internet. I love her very
much and she loves me. My family want allow me to go to Las Vegas but I
figure if I can win a dream vacation to Las Vegas, they will have to let
me go. Well I'm disabled and in a wheelchair and this will probably be
the only and last chance I will be able to take a vacation like this. I
know its dangerous to meet people, in person, you met on the internet
but I trust this women and as I said we are in love. She is a fitness
competitor and a fitness model. I would love to get involved in her
fitness training. She is also gonna help me loose weight. With me being
in a wheelchair. Its very hard to exercise and loose weight. I would
love to spend as much time with her as I can. I haven't been on a
vacation in 20 years and I know a chance like this only comes once in a
lifetime. Me and her have talked so much about what we wanna do together
when I come to Las Vegas like going to the movies and going out to a
romantic restaurant for dinner. I also have a bad heart so I know I want
be able to travel much longer, so far away from home. I know this
probably doesn't sound like a very good idea dream vacation but, it does
to me. Well thank you for reading my story. Greg Sturdivant

To tell it true, I have already experienced my
dream vacation to Las Vegas. In the month of August, the year 2000, my
husband and I flew to Las Vegas to be married. It was a second
marriage for the both of us. We wanted a small private wedding that was
also inexpensive. We booked a wedding package with the Special Moments
Wedding Chapel. They supplied a limousine that picked us up at the
Excalibur. They also supplied the flowers, beautiful photos, and special
mementoes to take home. It turned out lovely and I would do it all over
again. We also went on a tour of the Hoover Damn, which was fascinating.
So much manpower went into the construction of the damn not to mention
concrete. Las Vegas is packed with history for the adventurous. I love
exploring and researching any site I travel to and Las Vegas provided an
historical and cultural boon to be discovered. We enjoyed a beautiful
dinner at the Excalibur, and pulled a few slots the night after our
wedding. We walked the downtown strip until our feet were sore, like two
kids in an "eye candy" store. It was magical and so much fun. I think
that my husband and I agree that we would do it all over again if we
could. I do not regret officially tying the knot in Vegas and would
recommend it to any two love birds who want an elegant but very
affordable wedding in a beautiful environment with weather to die for.

My ideal dream vacation would be to take my
mother who has never flown before in her life to Vegas. While I have
been there several times she has not but has always wanted to go. I
would like her to experience Vegas with all the lights, shows, and food
this great city has to offer. I would like to put her up in a luxury
hotel suite that overlooks the strip and casinos. I would love to show
her the sites of the town by day, possibly using a tour guide, as well
as show her the nightlife of this great town through their various stage
shows. It would also be great to have a limo pick us up at the airport
when we arrive and take us back to the airport when we leave. Vegas is
an amazing town that is unmatched anywhere in my opinion. The atmosphere
is just unbelievable and I would like my mother to experience this city
first hand before she gets too old to enjoy it. Ron Neumann

My Vegas Dream Vacation is simple, to feel
like I was one of the Rat Pack. They owned Vegas. Just once, I'd like to
feel like a V.I.P. in the most glamorous city in the world. Starting off
with a limo driver holding my name up at the airport taking me and a
friend to a 5-star hotel/casino where a VIP suite awaits. An exotic
rental car will be parked in front, where I'll be able to drive in style
to my reservations at a 5-star restaurant. After the most incredible
meal, front row seats at O, the cirque de sole show, awaits us. Then VIP
tickets to the hottest night club, Pure. Basically, my dream vacation is
to step into the shoes of Frank Sinatra when he was the king of Vegas.
What a dream vacation that would be. (Thanks for allowing me to write
this down, at least it gave me a few minutes to daydream.)
Larry Peterson Seattle WA |

I would love to be able to go out and enjoy
Vegas like it was years back. I want to get all dolled up and go watch
the Rat Pack perform. I would love to be in some of the hopping clubs
and get to see some "big names" enjoying themselves. Go see a show and
share a table with Bing Crosby or Frank Sinatra. Visit with Wayne Newton
walking through the casino. Enjoy Vegas like it was meant to be enjoyed.
Everyone dressed up and having a good time, no matter where they are or
who is there. The women in nice dresses or pantsuits and the men in
slacks and nice shirts. Just one big enjoyable party. Champagne flowing
and cigars being smoked, live jazz and music playing. Laughter all
around. Being welcomed in when you may not actually know anyone there.
Overall, a happy mood, like what they show in some of the older movies.
Vegas is great as it is, but it would have been so cool to be there when
the Rat Pack was still going strong and the vibe was fresh. Fern

A dream vacation to Vegas would start off with
a limo waiting for me at the airport to take me to the Bellagio! After
dining at the Bellagio, I would be entertained by "O" and maybe
afterwards watch the boys from Thunder Down Under! During the night and
morning I would love to gamble and win lots of money! Extra special
little things that would make my trip wonderful would be a gondola ride,
watching the lights and water show from the Eiffel tower, a fantastic
view from the stratus hotel, a helicopter ride over Vegas, and more
magic shows or other shows like Blue Mans Group. After eating several
buffets and a few days in Vegas I would have the limo pick me up from
the Bellagio and greet me with a single rose and champagne and enjoy my
ride back to the airport. Jennifer Thoennes Parkers

They say that "What happens in Vegas stays in
Vegas" -but for me the excitement and thrill that one could realize
being under the lights, the camera flashes...the action of Las Vegas is
something that one should not keep to themselves. For me, my dream Vegas
vacation would be to be with those who love me, my friend, my family,
all of whom could share the thrill of being in one of the nation's most
notorious cities. I would love to revel in luxury-perhaps staying at the
Luxor. I would awake to a morning ripe with promise: of either big
winnings or simply big memories. I would pamper myself with the finest
of massages in the hippest of spas with my mother. I would meet my
father for a king sized breakfast at the most luxurious of restaurants.
I would shop until I dropped with my sister. And at night, I would dance
under the stars with my beautiful beau. My dream Vegas vacation isn't of
winning a million dollars or of being whisked into a dreamy life of
royalty. My dream Vegas vacation is one of simple appreciation, fun, and
family. Lindsay Oconnor San Diego CA |

My husband and I dreamed of a trip to Las
Vegas for years, but just never had the time to pack up and go. Now we
have the time, but one other consideration? a 4 1/2 year old daughter.
Luckily, she enjoys amazing sights, fun hotels and interesting people as
much as we do. Our ideal trip would be for the 3 of us. During the day,
our daughter would walk the streets with us sight-seeing, ride rides at
various hotels and check out the fountains at The Bellagio. At night,
she would enjoy staying at a hotel childcare center (she's very
sociable!) or playing with a babysitter while we played black jack, ate
at one of the many restaurants we've read about in magazine and of
course, saw a show. Maybe we'd even renew our vows! We're creatures of
habit. I know once we visit, we'll return again and again. Anna

My dream vacation would be very busy I am
planning a trip to Vegas in July 06 as a support worker I am bringing a
client of mine who has a disability with me to see Vegas it is a dream
vacation for him! My daughter may also get to join us so it should be a
very interesting trip. I am amazed at all there is to do! The animals,
the shows, the sights, and casinos will are very exciting. We will also
be there on my birthday July 6 06 and I am hoping to stay at the Luxor!
My dream vacation is to do all there is to do and of course to eat in
nice places and sleep in beautiful hotels! My favorite beds of course
are in the South Strip District! would also like to have a massage
because I have never had a massage before and I figure their is no
better place than Vegas! I would love the chance for a better
summer visit! Thank you for listening! Donna Gordon

My dream trip to Las Vegas would include a
free flight and hotel stay for me and my 3 sisters, one brother and my

all live in different states and it would be a great family reunion,
especially since my mother is going to be 79 years old in March. Janet

The best Vegas trip would begin with a stay in
a beautiful suite at Mandalay Bay, where there is plenty of fine dining,
and a gorgeous beach and wave pool where I could lounge all day drinking
frozen strawberry margaritas and getting an awesome suntan. The House of
Blues would definitely be on the list of places to experience. I would
also take in a few fantastic Vegas shows, starting with Cirque Du
Solei's "Mystere" at Treasure Island, Siegfried and Roy at the Mirage,
and perhaps one of the topless reviews at the Luxor or Caesar's Palace.
In addition to casino hopping, I would go on a wild shopping spree in
Caesar's Forum, and the Mile Mall in the Aladdin. After having a
luxurious spa day at Mandalay and getting a massage, manicure, pedicure,
and facial, I would put on a sexy red dress and hit Studio 54 at the
MGM. I would also make sure to get a great view of the city by taking a
trip up the Eiffel Tower at the Paris hotel, and having lunch in the
restaurant at the top of the Stratosphere hotel (after which I would
ride the awesome roller-coaster and the "Big Shot" as well). I would
also want to do something a little fun and adventurous, so I might like
to visit one of the indoor skydiving places off the strip, or maybe take
a horse-back ride in near-by Redrock Canyon. Of course I would hit as
many Casinos and bars as I could, especially the Coyote Ugly bar in the
New York, New York, and also the ESPN sports bar. And of course no trip
would be complete without partying at the Palms, and visiting some of
their hot nightclubs, in which I would love to enter the V.I.P. room.

My Vegas dream starts with checking into a
suite at the Wynn where we have room service deliver a relaxing dinner
after our long flight. We then make our way to the Luxor for our
front row seats to The Blue Man Group. We spend the rest of night one
playing a bit of poker at The Orleans. Day 2 starts with having
breakfast with my mother and brother, who both live in Vegas, at The
Original Pancake House on Charleston.
We then head to the MGM for our preferred seats to the Cirque Du Soile
show KA.
I then have lunch with my wife at the Grand Buffet. We leave for
Freemont Street for an afternoon of gaming and excitement. After sunset
we have a romantic dinner at The Center stage in the Plaza hotel where
we watch the canopy show while we eat. Day three opens with the
breakfast buffet at The Aladdin followed by some light game play.
We tour the strip catching the fountains at the Bellagio and the Sirens
at TI. We have dinner with my family at The Sushi Factory on Rainbow and
say our good-byes. My dream vacation ends with my playing my last $3
dollars in a Megabucks slot at the airport and flying home filthy rich!

My dream vacation to Las Vegas would begin

married. Phyllis Marco Keremeos BC Canada

memorable things we did when we got married there. I would like to stay
at the Venetian, and take a romantic Gondola Ride. I would then like to
see "O", as it is by far one of the best shows I have ever seen. While
on this vacation, I would like to go to Hoover Dam and rent a boat for
the day on Lake Meade and enjoy the scenic beauty of the canyons. While
in Las Vegas I would also love to take a day flight to the Grand Canyon

Well, my 7th grade sweetheart and I have just
gotten back together. We went to school together in Florida, and both
ended up in Michigan as adults. I found him on the internet, wrote him a
letter and the rest is history. We've now been dating for 6 months. Its
unbelievably romantic and surreal, and we've already set a date for our
wedding. June 28 2007. It would be an incredible addition to the story
we already have to tell the grandkids to have a dream wedding in Vegas.
Neither one of us have ever been to Vegas, but we've seen pictures and
TV shows, and I think it would be amazing to get married at the
Bellagio, and have the fountains dance to "our song", the song we danced
to in 8th grade, "Hold on to the Nights" by Richard Marx. Ours is an
incredible love story, and it would be amazing to get married in such an
amazing place. I would love to spend 7 days in Vegas, and on the 4th
day, get married. I already have my dress from David's bridal picked
out, and it is perfectly fitting for a place like the Bellagio! I can
only imagine walking down the aisle and seeing the love of my life
waiting for me, I've dreamed of it and him for so long, but to have him
waiting for me at the Bellagio, with the fountains dancing to our song,
and my family and his family there, it would be so incredible. And we
would also have our honeymoon, exploring the sights of Las Vegas. We
would do a little gambling, but of course we would know when to hold em
and know when to fold em! We’d spend the days lounging by a pool at our
hotel. Melissa Stevens Southgate MI |

My best vacation in Las Vegas would start with
a limousine picking me up at the airport. The driver would whisk me down
to the Strip, taking me on a slow ride up and down both directions so I
could encompass all of the sights & the evening lights. After our tour,
I would be delivered to the entrance of the Bellagio, where a beautiful
suite awaited me with a view overlooking the fountains. A dinner
reservation awaits at the restaurant in the Eiffel tower. Exquisite
cuisine & outstanding champagne complete this top-rated meal. The
weather is warm and comfortable for walking so I head out on a foot tour
of the sights - stopping at the Wynn, MGM, New York New York & other
charismatic casinos. A taxi delivers me back to the Bellagio for a
dream-filled night in my suite. The next morning room service delivers
breakfast and a newspaper to catch up a bit with the real world.
Following breakfast, a massage and spa treatments complete the morning.
A walk back to Paris for crepes for lunch and a bit of fun at the slot
machines leads into early afternoon. A quick hop in a taxi down to
Fremont street provides an evening of fun watching the light show and
enjoying a delectable dinner at one of the buffets. What a taste of
Vegas history! Back on the Strip later in the evening, the monorail
takes me to the far end - a walk through the Sahara and across to the
Stratosphere provides thrills & screams and a jaw dropping view of the
lights and action. I have been moving steady but still so much to
see.....I'll just have to make another trip! Jennifer Gates

My last vacation to Las Vegas was fantastic!
I concentrated on golf and did a little gambling afterward. Played
Bali Hai at 5:30 am, course was nice but wet. Seemed to play longer than
the yardage suggested. Good conditions, but the layout of holes seemed
repetitive and the experience did not seem to justify the $131
(discounted from $ 175) green fee. Nice to play once. Played
Reflection Bay at 8:00 am. Beautiful drive to Henderson and into Lake
Las Vegas. Impressive clubhouse and service when you arrive. Nice big
open range for warm up. The course starts out nice and gets better, but
honestly, it starts to wear you down. A lot of pressure put on iron
approaches and the wind picked up early this day, just after 10:30 am
making it difficult to swing. The last 3 holes were brutal into the wind
especially the par 3 where no one in my foursome found the green with
their first (or second) tee shots. The rest of the foursome bailed
for the afternoon battle with the wind at the Falls. Equally impressive
clubhouse. The course is nice as it winds its way around the front 9 and
construction but the back 9 is what makes this course great. Incredible
elevation changes, 2 waterfalls, mountain goats, canyons, views of the
strip, and fun shots made for an enjoyable (and windy) 2 hour round.
Definite must play if in the area. Royal Links at 5:40 am was my last
round. The course was not as tough as advertised, but stay out of the
rough and some of the traps. Enjoyed it more than I thought I would.
Good service, they cleaned my clubs and put my bag back in the rental
car and brought it to the clubhouse with the a/c on. David

My wife and I fly in to McCarran at noon on a
Friday. We're whisked via Limo to the Aladdin Resort and Casino to check
in to our Strip Suite. After getting settled in, we check out the Slots
on our way to the late lunch buffet. We walk off our lunch up the strip,
stopping in various casinos for drinks and slots along the way. We pick
up tickets for a 9pm show. Back to the Aladdin for a quick "nap". Off to
a fine dining restaurant for a late dinner just before the show. After
the show we hit the slots, then hit the sack for the big day coming up
tomorrow. Up early for the buffet breakfast at the Luxor. Back to the
Aladdin for slots and to get ready to catch the limo service that will
take us to the Chapel of Love where we'll renew our wedding vows at
noon. Off to the Frontier where we'll enjoy a lunch of shredded beef
nachos, beers and Margaritas. We'll play a little KENO and tip the
runner big since we won $2500 while there. Back to the Aladdin to
regroup for the afternoon trips we had planned to Caesar's Palace, the
Hard Rock Cafe, and Sam's Town. Thick Las Vegas style steaks and shrimp
along with more slots at Sam's Town. What a day! We get back to the
Aladdin at 8:00 after winning $5000 at Sam's Town. Time to hurry and get
dressed for the show, Zumanity at New York New York. My wife promised
that she'd join me on the roller coaster after the show, and I talked
her into riding it twice. We get back to the Aladdin and collapse into

My Ideal Las Vegas vacation would be to visit
all the sites and stores on the strip gamble have a lot of spending
money to do that with. meet some top performers and go and see all the
shows and get lots of things to bring home with. I have never had the
chance to really visit Las Vegas so that would be an opportunity for me
to do that since I like to visit new places that I have never been so
much time. Yet each casino is great in itself I like to get to visit
them and try all the machines. learn about the shops and the city I ike
to get free samples of things. my ideal Las Vegas vacation would be to
make sure I had a lot of time to do all the things I said before and

Mississippi has casinos (good ones at that)
and many people come from neighboring states, but Mississippi doesn't
have what Vegas has....Excitement! glitz and glamour! It is a place to
get the biggest rush in life....your heart starts pounding when you see
all the lights!! it is fabulous and most of all, it is safe! Walking
downtown and on the strip is great! There is no way to describe it in
300 words. My dream vacation would just be to "experience it" again and
again! Melody Miles Amory MS |

I have a dear old friend that I grew up with
that now lives in Vegas. 20+ years ago, we snuck into casinos in
Atlantic City and he tried to teach me craps, black jack, and poker. I
don't remember laughing harder than I did those nights. We've both had a
hell of a year this year, and it would be so great to recapture the
frivolity of that time for one night... and where better to do it than
Vegas. Mary Cottingham Belle Mead NJ |

My best buddy, Bart, and I had a great Labor
Day weekend 2003 in Vegas. He no longer works with me. I only have a
chance to see him once or twice a year. I'd love to take him back to
Vegas. We had a great time at the Paris Hotel. He lost his shirt at the
blackjack table...I went home $600 richer. I'd like to give him another
chance to break even. Tim Malchow Saginaw MI |

For me, the most ideal Las Vegas dream
vacation would begin just before New Year's Eve, and would include
stretch limo service to and from the airports, round trip first class
flights, and a seven night stay in a suite at a luxury hotel on the
Vegas strip. Complimentary champagne would be waiting for us in our
suite upon arrival, as well as passes to the most popular Vegas shows,
attractions and restaurants. For transportation, my guest and I would be
provided with an exotic sports rental car. Ideally, of course, it would
all be free! Les Wilson Torrington CT |

Las Vegas is the city I most dream about
visiting for so many reasons. Besides having such an intriguing history,
the visual stimulation is abound with excitement. My dream visit would
be to stay in the heart of Vegas in an elegant casino and to plan on not
sleeping for 3 days. I want to soak in all of the people, the sounds of
slot machines and gambling tables, the laughter and squeals of
excitement, the wonderful food, and experience some of the incredible
shows that are offered. I want Vegas to surround me with a giant hug and
to not let go for several days. I love life and I love to smile and when
I think of Las Vegas, that's the feeling I get. It's enjoying life to
the fullest and having an absolutely magical escape from the real world
for as long as you need. The cherry that would top off this trip would
be to have a few winning moments that would make me scream with delight.
Las Vegas, someday I'll experience the dream of a lifetime.

My dream Vegas vacation starts with a limo
picking me up at the airport. A short ride over to the strip it takes me
to the Venetian hotel where I am escorted to a high roller suite! The
suite is bigger than my home! I visit the casino - it's my lucky day! I
hit the jackpot and win that flashy red car in the middle of the casino!
Wow! Later on, tickets are delivered to my suite for the best
shows in town - Front row seats! After the show, more luck at the
casino! I hit the jackpot on the quarter slots! As my vacation
comes to an end, I leave Vegas with more money than I came with and a
new flashy red car! It doesn't get any better than that!

I've never been to Las Vegas, so I would be
like a child in a candy shop. I'm a sucker for magic shows--so I would
take in Rick Thomas's show in a heartbeat. I would be the kind who would
just go into hotels to see the lobby. There is so much to do in Vegas
and I would love to be able to experience it! Stephanie Holcomb

Myself and 3 of my closest girlfriends. Limo
ride to Vegas. A nice hotel on the Strip. 1st stop: Slots, where all 4
of us win pots of at least $50. 2nd stop: Tattoo shop where we all 4 get
tattoos to commemorate our trip. 3rd stop: Craps table where I proceed
to rake in a whopping $4000 (which I split amongst the 4 of us) and then
I get comp'd a luxury suite, 4 free tickets to a Vegas show & dinner for
4 at a swanky Vegas restaurant! Alexandra Vertti Adelanto

Its a beautiful day in the month of July,
finally getting to use some of that vacation time. Sitting at home
thinking its going to be boring because you really don't have enough
money to pay for a trip for two because you have a baby to pay for, but
you know your parents will baby sit any time. When a beautiful limo
pulls up in your front yard and my boyfriend tells me you have ten
minutes to pack I'm taking you on a little trip but not really knowing
where I'm going. The limo then pulls up to the airport what a dream come
true I actually do get a vacation. Then he tells me where going to
Vegas. I start to cry I'm so excited. Still not knowing all the details.
Are plane finally lands in Vegas and we are staying at the most
beautiful hotel the Benition. And he tells me that he entered me in a
singing contest because I love to sing, of course this is my wish so I
win. I love to gamble so I was in heaven. It was great just knowing that
he loves me that much to do all that for me and we actually got to spend
quality time together. When working to support a family because he's
still in school and you have a baby its hard to have time for even a
date like going out to eat. This is just a dream but it would be nice to
have that vacation. Roxanna Meyer College Station TX |

I would love to take my Mom, kids to Vegas to
stay in one of the nice hotel that overlooks the strip. As we grow older
it is nice to spend time with the family, there isn't much of that any
longer. The kids could enjoy Circus Circus, my Mom could visit her
friend she has known for 60 years and I could enjoy gambling. Thank you.

I wne to Vegas recently with 3 of my best
friends for a bachelorette weekend. It was totally not what I expected
to say the least. I ended up most of the time in the casino by myself as
no one that went on the trip even gambled! I ended up meeting great
people on the casino and having a great time. I wish my friends would
have taken the risk and had a little fun with their money! Life is too
short! Marian Langley Springboro OH |

My dream Las Vegas vacation would be to stay
in one of the nicest hotels on the strip, go to the casinos and win
several thousand dollars. Also would like to have relaxing massage done

destinations while we are in Vegas would be a big plus.

My idea of a perfect dream Las Vegas trip is
really simple, I just want the experience to see the 24 hour city and
mingle with the people. I don't want to win millions at the cost

As an avid singer, my dream Vegas vacation
would be one where I have access to a lot of karaoke. I could enjoy the
slot machines by day and sing the night away! Throw in some prime
mid-western steaks for dinner and maybe a soak in a nice hot tub and I
may mistake Vegas for Heaven! This would be my ideal Vegas vacation, it
doesn't have to be in a swanky hotel. It just has to have the right
activities and food, though living the good life wouldn't hurt either!

I have a mother in law that in my opinion is
one of the sweetest woman on this planet. She loves to go to Vegas. My
dream would be to be able to send her and a guest to have the time of
their life. I am the only surviving member of my immediate family so I
consider myself very lucky to have a husband that has such a large
wonderful family that has welcomed me with open arms. She is always
doing such nice things for us and it seems we can never afford to do
anything nice for her so this really would be like a dream come true.

One hundred sixteen days (but who's counting?)
then finally - retirement!! Freedom!! Well, maybe not. We've been
"informed" that our new occupation will be "babysitter". Sigh. Plus,
although seniors ourselves, we have elderly parents; so we are members
the "sandwich generation", albeit a little stale. Through our 46 years
of marriage and dreaming about visiting Las Vegas, we've never had the
good fortune. Now, with retirement on the horizon & more time available,
unfortunately that proverbial "nickel" will have to be squeezed rather
tightly. Fingers crossed, we enter ever contest with a Las Vegas trip as
a prize. We'd love to view the spectacular lights, admire gorgeous
showgirls, experience some of the heart-pounding excitement. We'd stay a
luxurious hotel, rekindling some of our youthful romance - behave like
newlyweds if only for a couple of days. (Sssh...Don't tell our kids -
after all, "What happens in 'Vegas stays in 'Vegas"- right? Of course, a
couple of shows would be on the agenda, perhaps a Cirque du Soleiel
production. Dining at fine restaurants would be sublime. However, we
could also "pig out" quite nicely at one of the famous buffets. We're
saving our pennies, nickels & quarters "just in case". There is a slot
machine or two with our names on them just getting warmed up for us.

B+B+B = Las Vegas Fun. The ideal Vegas
trip begins with the three Bs: Bellagio, Barry and bucks. While Las
Vegas didn't build its reputation on family values, I believe "sin city"
can offer a fun family vacation. I'd begin my retreat by checking into
the luxurious Bellagio hotel. From the enticing dancing waters outside
to the spectacular conservatory inside, the Bellagio is the epitome of
elegance and grace. My husband would entertain the kids at the pool
while I indulged in a relaxing massage at the hotel's spa. Then I'd
treat the kids to a gondola ride at the Venetian while he played the
slots. While such shows as "O" and "Mystere" would I'm sure be awesome,
my preference performs at the Hilton. I've loved Barry Manilow and his
music since I was in grade school. I've seen him perform more than 25
times, twice at the Las Vegas Hilton. Recently when I picked up tickets
at the Hilton concierge, I noticed that many of the shows were for
"adults over 18 only"; Barry's show was appropriate for anyone four and
older. My whole family could go! Of course the Bellagio and Barry would
not be possible without bucks. Bucks would allow me to indulge in
another favorite pastime: shopping. From the promenade of shops at the
Aladdin to the array of stores at Caesar's Palace, Vegas shopping is
second to none. Naturally, we'd dine at the Cheesecake Factory, but only
after taking in the amazing mythological story told in the fountains out
front. For my kids, we'd stop at the M & M store, drop by New York New
York for pizza and walk through the MGM Grand for a peek at the lions.
You see, with few "Bs" in my bonnet, I could enjoy the ideal Las Vegas
vacation. Carolyn Chapman Liberty MO |

Flash of light as the curtains to a giant
hotel suite open. The day time view of the strip from far above as me
and my wife eat our mourning breakfast. A quick stroll down Freemont
street passing all casinos looking up @ the monster video ceiling. A hug
and a kiss from my wife before she pulls her first slot machine. The
really huge one in the front. Spin Spin Spin!! Bar Bar Bar! She
wins.... Smiles and hugs, nothing like sharing that experience! A
quick walk around the casino and watch the really rich play baccarat...
Ohh the rush of seeing all the money! A drink from a waitress in a show
girl out fit..
Vegas is grand! I sit down to play some Black Jack.. Time just
fly's.. We walk out and a helicopter takes us on a Grand Canyon tour! We
land and a Limo takes us back to the room... Off to the spa. Down to the
show.... Vegas never sleeps and were always on the go! Celebs in the
clubs... Dion's singing tonight! I gotta run for the ring side of a Dela

My dream vacation to Vegas would be labeled my
fantasy trip. The fantasy of a lifetime for a working full time
mother of 4 grown girls and 1 granddaughter. Never really having a
honeymoon with my husband of 21 years this would be our ultimate dream
come true..
First, we would be picked at the airport by a stretch limo fully stock
with champagne and chocolates. The driver would take us to one of the
first 5 star hotels we would be visiting. Upon checking in we would be
escorted to a suite filled with flowers and fruit baskets with a
breathtaking view of the strip. After pictures and a a glass of wine we
would be whisked away to a day of pampering at one of the famous Las
Vegas day spa . The owners would treat us with the royal treatment of a
massage, mud bath, nails, hair and makeup. After feeling beautiful, we
would be picked up for a ultimate shopping spree.
The shop owner's would have our selections laid out for choosing with
everything we would need for our stay. The evening would conclude with a
fabulous candlelight dinner with a view overlooking the light for Vegas.
The next day we would be picked up to see the sights and sounds of Las
Vegas. Our personal guided tour would allow us to visit and take in all
the beauty and charm the city offers. After the tour we would be
escorted to another 5 star hotel where our belongs awaits us in yet
another unbelievable suite.
After a visit to the hut tab we would get ready for our evening of a
headliner show and dinner. The next day would be a day to remember.

Well my dream vacation to Vegas may be unique
yet it would mean great fun and fulfilling a fantasy dream. Besides the
glitter, the adrenalin rush of winning and the beautiful scenery and
shows, I would love to see and possibly be part of the behind the scenes
of any of the places to visit in Vegas. In a Casino, for example, the
setting up, the tricks of spotting a cheater, the VIP suites, the
rehearsal of the shows, the choreography of the many light, sound and
water shows, being part of a magician's show. In this vacation I would
indulge in learning the history of Vegas and become part of it too. Of
course I would love to stay at the Bellagio and be waited on my every
whim! This would truly be a dream come true! Iliana Blair

My dream vacation in Las Vegas begins with
first class tickets from home with my husband, 2 daughters and their
husbands, our son and his guest. We will check into a multi-bedroom
suite at Wynn's, where we will be treated like royalty. The concierge
will arrange great tickets for us to see all the headliners that are in
town, including Celine Dion and Wayne Newton. We will also get tickets
to all the magic shows in town, and David Copperfield will invite us
onstage to participate in his act. We will get private lessons in
various table games from the casino gaming staff and then spend some
time each day playing the roulette wheel, blackjack and poker. We will
spend a part of each day at the slot machines as well, particularly the
progressives and those where you can win a car...where I will hit the
jackpot and win a yellow Viper - my husband will win the Mustang and our
kids will win enough money to make down payments on the houses they want
to purchase. We will rent a luxury car or SUV and ride some of Route 66,
as well as travel to nearby Red Rocks Canyon and Valley of Fire. We may
even re-visit Hoover Dam and get some dam dogs for lunch! Robyn

I would love to get away with my husband to a
beautiful hotel room with a heart shaped hot tub and surround showers.
The room should also have a fireplace and the hotel a bar and
restaurant. We would wake in the morning. Go for a walk down the strip,
swim in the hotel pool, and go down the water slides I saw on TV at some
of the hotels. I would want to have a romantic dinner - and then gamble
and drink until about 3 then go upstairs. I would love to wake up have a
scrumptious breakfast and then go see all the different casinos and
their themes. I would love to try our luck at some and then head back to
the hotel and order dinner in. Mary Harder Atascadero CA |

The ultimate dream vacation is one where my

My wife and I have actually discussed our
ideal Las Vegas vacation many times, so we agree on this one: We would
arrive on a luxurious flight from our home in South Florida and be taken
by limo to our hotel. The hotel would have to be one of the premier
attractions of the city like The Venetian with the singing gondoliers or
The Bellagio with those incredible synchronized fountains. Our suite
would be comfortable and inviting and our every need would be met. We
would wander about the hotel casino for the first part of the day, maybe
playing some slot machines or sitting in on a few hands of blackjack. We
could pretend to be high rollers at the modest limit card games and
splurge on a single pull at a million dollar jackpot slot. We would then
get dressed for a fancy dinner and an evening at one of the great shows
on the strip. After dancing until we can hardly walk we would return for
a good night's sleep. The next couple of days would be spent alternating
between my wife's love of spa treatments and my love of the outdoors. A
day of beauty for her and a guided fishing trip outside of town for me.
We would definitely take a helicopter ride to the canyon for a romantic
gourmet lunch. Each evening we would see a different show that would
certainly include the pirates at Treasure Island and at least one of the
headliners that are constantly in Vegas. After having enjoyed the town
that has so much to offer we would reluctantly return home for a
lifetime of reminiscences that would surely brighten our days for a long
time to come. JC Rohlfing Palmetto Bay FL |

would be to surprise my husband (who is a casino host at Foxwoods) with

I impatiently waited for my dream man to show
up, as I looked nervously down at my diamond wristwatch. Las Vegas is so
beautiful this time of year. The summer is hot, but the playing is wild.
"More wine, Madam?" asked the waiter. "Yes, please". But just as the
waiter brought the sparkling red wine, and I was about to sip, in walked
my handsome curly black haired man carrying a bouquet of red roses with
a big smile on his face. And I knew in that moment that this Las Vegas
